Shipping

We offer In-Store Pickup, and several shipping options.  In-Store Pickup is free and orders will be ready for pickup by 10am the next business day.  If you are in or near Dublin, Ohio consider coming in to the store to pick up your order!

All  shipping rates are flat rates, based on the location and the level of service you choose. On International orders, if your shipping cost is less than what you were charged at the time of your order, you will receive a credit to your card. Here is an explanation of our three shipping levels:

Standard Shipping Information

In the USA, shipment will take 3-7 business days. In Canada, this is about 1-2 weeks. Internationally, you should expect 1-3 weeks.

**For International Packages, there may be instances when shipping rates will vary. We will contact you via email to offer shipping options.

Expedited Shipping Information

In the USA shipment will be second day air (this is two business days). In Canada, expect delivery in 5 - 7 days. Internationally, shipment will take about a week and will include insurance and tracking. If the amount is the same as the Standard Shipping rate, there is no Expedited service for that particular country.

**For International Packages, the rate shown is for an average 5 pound package. If your package is over 5 pounds, you will be charged additional shipping.

Express Shipping Information

In the USA this is next day air. For Canada, it is about 2-4 business days. If this is International, this will take less than a week. If the amount is the same as the Expedited Shipping rate, there is no Express service for that particular country.

Our Shipping Rates are FLAT RATES

We try to ship all orders by the next business day. In the event there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email or phone. At this time, we ship with USPS in the United States and Internationally.

All orders for Tutto Vino are shipped from Dublin, Ohio.

International customers: Please note that customs and brokerage fees may apply to certain international deliveries. These vary from country to country and Tutto Vino is not responsible for those fees. Additionally, we are legally resticted from marking packages as "Gifts."
