We hope you enjoy all your purchases with Tutto Vino but in the off chance that you don't, we are here to help! 

Tastings & Events

• Full Refund - If unable to attend a Tasting or Event, please contact us 48 hours in advance to cancel  your reservation. We will credit your credit card for all reservations.
• Reservation Credit - If less than 48 hours notice is given you may select another Tasting or Event to attend. All reservations are subject to space availability.
• Transfer - All Tasting & Event reservations are transferrable, so if you can't make an event, you may certainly offer your reservation to a friend!

Merchandise

• Damaged - Any merchandise from Tutto Vino received by you that is damaged will be refunded.
• Saleable - If not received damaged, any merchandise returned must be unused and in saleable condition.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates cannot be returned but may be used online at Tutto Vino Wine Cellar & Bistro.
